Dr. Lauren Kuhn Nuth is a board-certified endodontist, serving patients primarily at River Heights Endodontics in Hudson, Wisconsin. She also served as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry from Jan. 2020 – Aug. 2025.
Dr. Kuhn was born and raised in a small logging community outside of Aberdeen, WA. She attended Gonzaga University for her undergraduate degree in biology. She then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA for her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. During dental school, Dr. Kuhn placed 4th Runner-up to Miss America 2015. For residency, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina in beautiful Charleston, SC. In January 2020, she began teaching part-time at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. While at UMN, she worked in the clinic with dental students—her aim was to help students build a strong foundation of diagnostic and clinical skills in endodontics. She has authored publications and presented continuing education lectures that have been viewed by thousands of dentists nationwide.
Dr Kuhn has traveled the world, including: Japan (lecturing at a dental school), Uganda (research on patient perceptions of dental care), Zambia (biology research), Jamaica (mission trip with the Christian Dental Society), and Turkey (studying history and following the path of the Apostle Paul). She enjoys bicycling, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, and taking the Amtrak on journeys around the US!
